The 2016 Technology Conference & Expo is designed for CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CXOs, CMOs and other technology staff to gain knowledge, perspective, and insight into the technology issues facing associations and nonprofits.
A business partner/supplier company that has not purchased a booth on the trade show floor may register one (1) employee for the conference. Exceptions are made only for Board of Directors, speakers, and council/committee members belonging to a council/committee that is meeting in conjunction with the 2015 Technology Conference & Expo. Expo Hall Only registrations are not available for business partners/suppliers; no exceptions. This ensures a high buyer/seller ratio.
No one under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Nonmembers using a discount code are not eligible to receive a one-year complimentary ASAE membership in conjunction with their registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by November 11, 2016. A refund of all fees, minus a $75 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after November 11, 2016.
A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to email@example.com. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Save when you register by November 11, 2016. Forms received without payment will be returned unprocessed. Please photocopy the registration form to register additional attendees (one form per attendee).
If you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you faxed or mailed in your registration form and have not received a confirmation within 10 business days, please contact the Member Service Center at email@example.com.
Official Attendee Roster
Beginning about six weeks prior to the show, you will be able to find a live attendee roster on the conference website under the registration tab.
Earn CAE Hours
Earn Certified Association Executive (CAE) credits toward certification or re-certification of your designation by attending the full conference, and also if you attend the full conference plus the Preconference Workshop.
Circle Club Members
Please contact your organization’s Circle Club representative to register. Note: The Preconference Workshop does not offer a discounted fee for Circle Club members.

Registration and attendance at or participation in ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ASAE’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image.
